Nuhabis always puts customer satisfaction first and provides customers with high quality products. We’re sorry if you are not satisfied with the product you received. We are always happy to accept returns, exchanges and refunds for customers.

RETURN

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items such as change-of-mind or unwanted purchases.

You have 15 days from the purchase date to request a return for eligible products.

Product Defects or Wrong Item Shipped:

If you receive a product that is defective or if we accidentally ship the wrong item, we are here to help!

Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or has any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.

Wrong Item: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, please notify us right away.

In both cases, we will:

Offer a replacement product at no extra cost.

Who is responsible for returning the product?

Nuhabis will provide a prepaid label for any returned item. Customers need to download the return label and print it. Customers will not have to pay return shipping costs.

We encourage customers to return items by mail

– Customers have request for return, please send email to us to the mailbox: support@nuhabiss.com with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos about error on the product if any.

– We will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.

Notify when Nuhabis receives the returned package?

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. Depending on your address, the time to receive the return product will be different.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges in cases where the product is wrong, damaged, or not as described. Customers will not have to pay any fees to exchange goods. Replacement products will be sent as soon as we receive notification that your returned item has been shipped.

REFUND

When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the return product please allow 2 days business to process for you. All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.
